Course curriculum
In this session the diagnostic criteria will be described in order to be able to identify early peri-implant diseases and the lastest information on the different available diagnostic tools will be updated. Likewise, the treatment of peri-implantitis will be addressed, the new protocols as well as how to apply them in each particular case will be explained, clearing up doubts about the key factors that contribute to the successs of the therapy. In addition, information on how ro safely decontaminate chemically and mechanically the implant surfce will be updated.
